Good things still coming..........

Last weekend was our Regional Girl Guide Camp and of course it didn't just rain but we had lightening and thunder and a power outage just to keep us on our toes....... It certainly was a learning experience and I for one have come away from the weekend a lot wiser. DD was a gem on camp and didn't complain at all. She really enjoyed the activities although couldn't quite come at eating the worms (lolly snakes covered in cocoa) at the base called "Fear Factor" but did drink the sewerage sludge (don't ask but I think it involved ice cream - I opted out on this one :)
So while the girls were away the boys were busy. We have about four weeks now until garlic harvesting time in which we also need to build our new drying shed. These are the developments that I noticed upon our return from camp. From this pile of steel............
Trusses for the shed were made, all lined up ready to go........
.
The ground was being ripped up ready to be levelled out in readines for the new shed......
Yep the boys had been busy not only did they acheive all this but had assemble and set up a rainwater tank near the front of the house and had extended the roof on the existing shed to house the fire brigades slip-on unit out of the weather.............
